About

We started with our modular 2D construction systems in 2007.

We quickly realised that our projects were completed in 50% of the time it took to construct with traditional construction methods.

Our customers realised their new built environments were quieter, energy efficient and required lower maintenance, and saved costs with all of the above.

By 2011 we developed our first 3D volumetric space in the form of a modular insulated room that could be transported and deployed with electrical and mechanical parts functioning.

Since then we have completed an array of lightweight structural commercial projects, several of them crowned with construction industry awards.

In 2018 we developed a new 3D volumetric space that can be an apartment, a hotel, a room with a view, and could be placed and stacked several storeys high.

In 2019 our modular Steel Engineered Assembly System was successfully deployed to build the first modular hotel utilizing lightweight steel structures that can be stacked with completed internal rooms and external facades.
